Unsure about a Zoom Virtual Session?
It may seem intimidating, but virtual Zoom sessions are breaking barriers in society these past few weeks we have been in isolation. Open yourself up to the new opportunities that await and learn more about Zoom through these helpful tutorials. I promise you will be pro-users in no time!
I am proud to offer both dance and life coaching sessions using this new technology. It is the human connection we must maintain during these times, and technology is here to help.
Sound Healing Sessions
In case you missed it, there will be more Sound Bath and Sound Immersion sessions in the future. Email me for more information, Mary.Botta@yahoo.com.
“Her excellence as a teacher is only one facet…”
“I can’t say enough about Mary’s instruction. Her excellence as a teacher is only one facet of her expertise, as she makes the student comfortable with learning and stretching their bounds. I especially enjoy and appreciate the insight she brings to the student. I enjoy working with Mary, and look forward to more lessons in the future. Her teaching style is very relaxed, yet effective and insightful. I would heartily recommend her talents to anyone seeking dance instruction.”
– Brian Donley Worrell, student
“…inspires her students both mentally and physically…”
“Mary is a superb ballroom dance teacher. She is energetic and engaging and lives and breathes dance. She challenges and inspires her students both mentally and physically to achieve levels of performance that push beyond limiting expectations. She is also a very capable and inventive organizer of dance events and showcases. Her approach to teaching is well organized and fully professional.”
